This is me: an accomplished designer, multi-media artist, self-taught photographer, die hard triathlete, mediocre skier, timid mountain biker, lifetime backpacker, environmental activist, and new dog mom. AKA a woman of many passions.
I graduated UC Davis with a BA in design and an emphasis on sustainable design, which I pursued through a Professor's Assistantship, and an internship for a startup company created to get womxn outdoors. I was involved with the Triathlon Team as an officer and two time competitor at USAT Collegiate National Championships. I balanced my time as a student athlete with UCD Outdoor Adventures as an Outdoor Guide. These years reiterated to me something that I could not shake: that outdoor recreation and environmental activism is a privilege. To this day I am committed to making the outdoors more accessible, for both the benefit of individuals and wildlife alike as we develop ways to live in harmony.
Today I reside in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California, where I spend my time working full time in production for a local hat company. In my off-hours, I am pursuing my side hustle in graphic & textile design, sewing and repairing garments, and coaching myself towards lofty goals I've set in triathlon. I am constantly developing new recipes and spice mixes to nourish my body in the best way possible.
